My hobby was to find a hobby. I enrolled in any class I could find. Sailing, glassblowing, harmonica, crochet to name a few. I didn’t know what Brazilian Jiu Jitsu was which made it even more intriguing. I had no expectations other than I’ll check this off the list. After my first class I was impressed with how kind & patient the other students were towards me. You could tell this was an extended family. I enrolled my son & together we had this sport that grew our bond with each other & formed a community. I was able to exercise my body & mind at the same time while taking a break from the outside stresses. I can easily say Brazilian Jiu Jitsu changed my life.
