Exclusive Women’s class lead by 1st Degree Black Belt, Quincy Torres. Class starts at 10:30am at the Watsonville Dojo and is on a TBA schedule via group text. Please add your info below and you will be contacted shortly to be added to the class roster. All women of all skill levels are welcome!
Come practice yoga with us! If you are training and need to release some tension or if you just love yoga, we would love to see you there.
Yoga is held every Monday at the Santa Cruz Location from 8pm to 9pm.
It is taught by our wonderfully innovative instructor, J.J. Smith.
You do not have to be a BJJ Member to come, all are welcome:)
Cost is $15 per session for nonmembers. Free for members.
Our community-based method of instruction integrates beginners into ongoing classes with advanced students. Newcomers learn not only from the class instructor, but also from more experienced students, providing a wider pool of knowledge, wisdom and technique.
