Our rotating curriculum covers all aspects of grappling, for self-defense and competition, from throws and take-downs to ground work and submissions.

Our community-based method of instruction integrates beginners into ongoing classes with advanced students. Newcomers learn not only from the class instructor, but also from more experienced students, providing a wider pool of knowledge, wisdom and technique. Advanced students, in turn, gain insight by helping beginners to progress. All classes are taught by qualified instructors. We choose our instructors based on teaching ability, technical knowledge, personal integrity, patience, and dedication to the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Students also improve their quality of life through developing their focus, discipline, skill, self-confidence and physical fitness. Jiu-jitsu can provide families with a lifetime of shared memories, personal growth, and common interest.

Kids Class Schedule Changes
Starting on September 17, 2012

We are excited to inform you about a new BJJ class coming soon, for toddlers’ ages 3½ to 5½. The addition of this new class will give children a head start in BJJ and will allow more age appropriate instruction across the board.

Your little ones will be able to get to Jiu Jitsu earlier and get home with plenty of family time left in the evening!
Their transition to the big kids class will also be easier on
parents, given that all kids classes will be on the same day.

Kids Ages 3½-5½: Monday & Wednesday 3:45-4:25 PM
Kids Ages 6-9½: Monday & Wednesday 4:30-5:25 PM
Kids Ages 10-15: Monday & Wednesday 5:30-6:25 PM
All Ages 5-15: Saturday 9:00-10:30 AM
